I had my senior prom last night, and it was a blast. I had my hair and makeup done, and they looked wonderful. The prom was held at the Goat Island Hyatt in Newport, RI, and we took our pictures outside with the Newport bridge in the background! The scenery was breathtaking. I had a great time dancing with my friends and my date all night, the music was pretty good. Also, one of my best friends was crowned prom queen! I was so proud of her. This marks one of the first times that a theatre girl has won prom queen, so it was a victory for all of us (haha). Now I am going crazy getting ready for convocation (Monday), the graduation liturgy and senior banquet (Tuesday), graduation (Thursday), and Mobile (Sunday)! Here's to keeping busy.
