This is it! It's the morning of my leaving for Mobile and I AM SO PUMPED! I probably shouldn't be up right now since I have to wake up in 4 hours to catch my early-bird flight, but hey, I can sleep on the plane. I am so thankful that I'm being given this opportunity to make this trip and have this experience. There's so much stuff that is planned for us. Bellingrath Gardens, Camp Grace, line dancing (it took me a lot of time and effort putting together that outfit...), beach parties, barbeques, being set loose in a shoe store and being told "PICK ONE!", and so much more! It's amazing how much this program has to offer its participants (yes, that is my attempt to get more people to try for it). Best of all, I truly cannot wait to meet some of the other Junior Misses from all around the country. Nonetheless, I will really really miss my family and friends back at home. It makes me feel so lucky. It's a win-win. I'm going down to Mobile to meet some amazing new people and see some neat new things and learn spiffy new stuff, but when it's all done, I get to come home to the people and places I know and adore.

I can't make any promises on being any good at uploading pictures considering I seem to have lost my camera for this once-in-a-lifetime trip. Bummer on my part. But I'll be on updating what we're up to as often as I can! Thanks everyone for the support!!
