well if i had to describe alabama in one word, it'd be hot! i am dying in this humidity! its crazy! yesterday me adn the girls all stayed at camp grace.  camp grace is a place for different camps to hold their week long sessions, there are camps for cancer patients, people with learning disabilities, and many others.  we got to not only learn  about what camp grace does for other people, but be part of a camp ourselves.  we worked with camp M*A*S*H which means make arthritius stop hurting, did you know millions of babies and small chidren have this disease?! Its so sad, but the campers escape for a week and have fun at this camp, forgetting the pain they really are in. befor the campers arrived i had the chance to get to know the girls better by doing team activities, the best one, oh yes, a ropes course!! ok this thing was crazy! we were a million feet in the air with nothing to hold on to running accross wires, ad let me teel you it was hard! i haven't had a work out like that in years! ahaha but it was so great and i got to know some of the girls so much better.  after that we swam in the camps lake and they had these big water toys, like the slides and jungle gym type things, and there was this thing called the "blob".  you were supposed to sit on the end of ti and get thrown off when someone jumped on the other end, well me and west virgina, along with a couple other states could not for the life of us get to the end of the blob without falling off, it was so sad but funny to watch! besides that we worked with the campers and got to know each other better through a cricle time around the fire and listing facts about ourselves through M&Ms. 
one camper i got to know was Gabe, but everyone called him country with a "K".  he was soooo funny and made me laugh the entire time.  another little girl i had the chance to get to know was patty, ahaha oh man the first thing she told me was she was going to marry Justine Bebber (idk how to spell his last name) and it just made my day.  all the campers were great, adn the boys well they are competitive kickball players.  the girls here are amazing that is all i can say! and camp grace was a blast!
