my daughter has a loan in her and my name she has not been paying for they was taking payment out of my saving.itook some back out of the loam and put bank in my account. I ask them to show me were i sign the paper work and they told me i would be held liable for the cost of the research of the paper work research.can they do that

If you are stating you did not co-sign for your daughter's loan, then the lender would have to provide proof. Under the Fair Debt Collection Act, you have to write them a letter stating you dispute the debt and ask for verification. There should be no charge for the lender to provide verification.
