I have custody of my two sons and my ex spouse was order to pay child support.  I have been going to court for twenty years and the Judge keep letting my ex leave court because he ask one question “Do you have a job?”  My ex answers “Yes” fill out the form an give it to the clerk.  My ex owe $60,000.00 for child support and back child support.  My ex keeps moving, changing jobs and probably not using her social security number…Over the twenty years, I have filled on by own, use a lawyer, and presently working with DHR about getting the back child support.  I have been working with DHR for about 7 years and we keep going around in circles. I went to court in February 2009 and my ex did not come to court.  We are schedule to appear in court May 2009.  Over the twenty years my ex has been arrested three times and the last arrest gave the officer a wrong name.  This person needs to be in jail until somebody pays the child support.  The court file shows the many different times my ex do not appear in court and have not paid child support.  Can we put a warrant out, to have my ex picked up?
