Does your divorce decree state that you would get your maiden name back? I do not think you will get in any trouble for using your maiden name but to be safe I would go to probate court and ask for a name change --very easy --you need a copy of your birth cert and be prepared to anwer questions that you are not changing your name to avoid any judgements. liens, bankrutcy, etc. Lawyer referral service number iis 433-1032
