2 - Bottles of Dale's
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into approx 1 to 1 1/2 inch cubes
2 packages of bacon
2 bottles of italian dressing
16 oz cream cheese, in block, refrigerated
1 jar of jalepeno slices
package of toothpicks
> Slice cream cheese into 1/2 inch cubes
> Cut bacon slices in half
> Wrap a cube of chicken, cube of cream cheese and a slice of jalepeno with bacon and secure with a toothpick
> Once all the chicken has been wrapped in bacon, place the kabobs in a pyrex dish and cover with Dale's
> Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight
> Approximately 1 hour before grilling, drain the Dale's and cover the kabobos with italian dressing
> Place the kabobs on foil and close the top loosly, to make a pouch to hold liquid
> Mix Dale's and italian dressing and pour approx 1/2 cup in the foil pouch
> Place the foil pouch on the grill and allow chicken to cook approx 30 minutes
> Remove the kabobs from the foil and place directly on the grill
> Brush the Dale's / italian dressing mixture on the kabobs and cook another 15 minutes
> Remove from the grill and enjoy!!
