This Mushroom sauce is awesome to go over steaks, pork or chicken.
3/4 lb of whole fresh mushrooms
3 tbsb butter melted
1 tbsp all purpose flour
3/4 cup half and half
1/4 white wine (dry)
1 tsp dale's seasoning
Saute the mushrooms in the butter over a medium heat, stir gently until mushrooms are tender. Remove mushrooms from pan and add the flour to drippings left in pan. Over a low heat stir until the gravy is smooth. Add the remainder of the ingredients and cook over a low to medium heat, stirring frequently until gravy is thick. Add mushrooms back to pan and cook just until heated.
