Cut wings into seperate parts. Discard end pieces. In a large zip lock bag combine one part Dale's to three parts Italian dressing, add 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 Tbs black pepper, and 1 cup hot sauce. Mix well. Add chicken to bag and marinate for 6-12 hours.
Grill wings over medium coals turning and basting with hot sauce every 10 minutes until done. Wings should be slightly crispy when done. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing and celery.
For a milder flavor try basting with a mixture of 1/2 hot sauce to 1/2 bbq sauce in the last 15-20 minutes of cooking.
