1-2 lbs. peeled and deveined shrimp
1/4 -1/2 lbs. prosciutto, thinly sliced
Zesty Italian Dressing
Metal Skewers or bamboo (soaked in water)
Wrap each shrimp with a thinly sliced piece of prosciutto, then skewer. Marinate skewers in Dale's, according to taste, and zesty italian dressing for 30 minutes in refridgerator.
Grill, on low-medium heat, 2 minutes per side, or until pink in color. Baste shrimp with marinade, while cooking. Serve and enjoy!
