1 pack boneless chicken strips
1 large onion, chopped or sliced
1 bell pepper, chopped or sliced
1/2 cup Dale's Seasoning
1 pack frozen broccoli
1 small can mushrooms
Cooked rice (4 servings)
Brown chicken in a small amount of vegetable oil. Add chopped/sliced onion and bell pepper, then Dale's Seasoning. Add broccoli, steam for a minute, and then add rice and mushrooms. Season with garlic pepper and more Dale's if desired.
