Yesterday I drove to Oakland BY MYSELF to pick up my sister from the airport. Good thing I had my good friend Matty with me to help me stay alert and sane. I was seriously going crazy thinking that I would have to drive in all of the bay area traffic, but thankfully it wasn't too bad. My cute sister is a newlywed as of April 2009 and is now expecting her first baby boy in September. I'm so glad she came to spend these last few days with me here in California before I leave! It's crazy to think of how time flies- from little girls jumping on the trampoline in the backyard and feeding popsicles to Fred the dog, to having babies and going to college!
Graduation was bliss. I couldn't help but be elated at the thought of where my life is going in these next few months. Such a change, but such opportunity for growth! I am blessed in every way.
