Well, it is the end of day four and, right now, sleep sounds absolutely amazing! Wednesday started off with a breakfast and tour of the beautiful campus of the University of South Alabama. From there, we all loaded onto a bus and headed out to Camp Grace where we participated in different team building activities including balancing on a giant wooden see-saw, walking on half inch thick boards, a very tough but very rewarding rope course, and of course sweating! :)  We were also able to interact with the campers there for Camp MASH. This is a camp for children and teens with arthritis. The kids were so responsive to the Junior Misses being there playing kick ball, and dancing with them. After dark, all 50 girls plus a camp counselor and Michelle gathered around a camp fire. This moment that we all shared was one of the most touching things I have ever experienced. We all passed around a lit candle and shared a story about someone who has inspired us. This really allowed each of us to see into the hearts of every girl and see what a difference we can make in someone's life. From there it was time for showers and lights out! I think everyone was quite ready to sleep after such a long day. This morning started off with leaving Camp Grace and heading to rehearsals. The routines are so cute and anyone coming to watch the program is in for a treat. From rehearsals we had lunch with the Kiwana's Club and headed to the Girl Scout's slumber party. There we made photo frames, danced, ate pizza, and bonded with our girl scout troops.  So far, my week in Mobile has been one I will never forget and will always treasure.

I know you will come home, back to Arkansas, with some wonderful ideas for our state program. I also know that you are keeping a journal so you will not forget anything. Have fun! As Always, Nancy T.

KRISTYN!!! I can't tell you how excited I got just reading your post. Haha, so major points for being that tired and writing in such detail! I am so glad to see that everything is going so well for you. We've already gotten emails from Nancy about your ADORABLE pictures from the Arrival Ceremony. I cannot wait to watch everything online and I'll be keeping up with posts, pictures, Darwin, etc. I know you have met some awesome girls and I'm thrilled that they are meeting a representative of Arkansas like you :) Keep up the hard work in rehearsals, take in all that you can, and you can sleep in two weeks! Haha. Love you, miss you, and I wish you the absolute best of luck (all the way from Egypt)! -Maggie
