not only are we going to see increased rates for water from the prichard water authority we still get lousy service. As seen on channel 15 a few weeks ago we went without water for 28 hours in the area of Kansas and tenth streets. Not only did the water authority minimize the extent of the problem when interviewed, Bill Swokes said we never had no water only low preasure, but we are still inconvenienced by a single lane where they dug up kansas street and still have not repaired it. I almost wouldn't mind a rate increase if we got what we paid for in the first place.
