South Alabama put four players in double-figure scoring and Javier Carter recorded his third career double-double as the Jaguars held North Texas to 33.8 percent shooting in a 69-57 win Saturday.
Carter had 10 points and a career-high 12 rebounds, and rejected six shots.
Mychal Ammons had a game-high 18 points and Wendell Wright tallied a career-best 10 points.
USA went over eight minutes without a field goal in the second half, but snapped the streak and went on a 13-4 run to take an 18-point lead.
