Foxborough, MA (Sports Network) - The New England Patriots have signed unrestricted free agent wide receiver Donald Jones.
Jones, 25, spent his first three NFL seasons in Buffalo after entering the league as a rookie free agent out of Youngstown State in 2010.
The 6-foot, 208-pound Jones has excellent speed and finished with 41 receptions for 443 yards and four touchdowns while playing in 12 games with 10 starts for the Bills in 2012.
Overall Jones has toiled in 35 career NFL games, amassing 82 receptions for 887 yards and six touchdowns.
