I am not a fan of Notre Dame but I'd never wish or hope for an injury to any of their players, furthermore I hate to see any player from any team injured playing a game of anykind. Football is not a bloodsport so I suggest that you watch MMA or UFC fights instead of football Jaybird!

@CrimsonTide14... Yeah, you're right... The only reason I'd watch a Notre Dame game is to pray for injuries... Still, I say, Bama better tighten up their wig against the luck-of-the-Irish or the Tide comes back to Tuscaloosa with their elephant tail between their legs. It will be a good game if the high Tide shows up; if the low Tide shows up, LUCK can be a difficult adversary to overcome.

Hey Jay, the game is already over. Stop crying and watching Bama win January 7th and please don't cry with more posts on here after that game is over.

You don't watch much football huh Jay? The same could be said about Notre Dame, they were a missed U of Pittsburgh field goal in OT from being defeated, they were almost beat by Purdue, they almost lost to Brigham Young, they lost to Stanford but Notre Dame got a break from a bad call in OT on the goal line, they barely beat the USC Trojans with a Freshman 1st gamne starter at QB.. So, Notre Dame has come much closer to losing to several weaker teams, much weaker than LSU, Texas A&M, and Georgia. Look at the statistics and compare the teams like I do, Alabama is already a 10 point favorite in the BCSNCG with Notre Dame and that spread will only get bigger aa it gets closer to game time. The last time Notre Dame faced a SEC team LSU beat them like they stole something 41-9 in the Sugar Bowl. I see this game as a complete rout, with Alabama winning by 21 points or more. Saban is the best coach in college football, the CBS announcers were questioning his decision to go for a two point conversion early in the 2nd half of the SECCG and if he would have just kicked the extra point the Bulldogs needed only a field goal to send the game into overtime. Saban was thinking way ahead of the fans, announcers, and everyone on Georgia's side. That is why he makes 5.3 million year with an added 250K bonus so far for winning the SEC West, SEC, and a berth in the NCG in Miami. The last team to win 3 out of 4 AP National Championships was the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and that was in the 1940s.. So Jaybird, go bet the house deed and all your worldly possessions on the Fighting Irish if you choose, but the luck of the Irish stops in Miami, Florida.

@Gdawg Steppin ... The POINT is, the game was close enough that it could have gone either way, and in 30 more seconds, it likely would have... BAMA is startin' to look like a cat on its 9th life, and if they play Notre Dame like they did LSU, Texas A& M, or Georgia, they will likely come home with their tail between their legs.

2mins & 30 more seconds and it STILL would've been Alabama going. So whats you're point?

30 more seconds and Georgia would have been headed to Miami.
