Jags Advance in SunBelt Tourney

South Alabama has played several close games this year and their Sun Belt tourney first round game was no different.  The Jags lead the Privateers by 16 points in the 2nd half and held on for the 62-60 victory.  Dominic Tillford hit a pair of key free throws down the stretch to pull out the win for the Jags.  Tillford lead USA with 13 points, Ronald Douglass and LaShun Watson both added 11.  The Jags advance to the quarterfinals in Hot Springs, Arkansas.  South will face Troy on Sunday, the Trojans swept the season series.  South needs three more wins to make their second straight trip to the NCAA Tournament.
