Tampa, FL (Sports Network) - The Tampa Bay Lightning have acquired goaltender Cedrick Desjardins from the Montreal Canadiens in exchange for netminder Dustin Tokarski.

Dejardins will rejoin the Lightning organization. His lone two NHL appearances came with Tampa Bay during the 2010-11 season, winning both with a 1.00 goals- against average. He was 7-13-2 with a 2.94 GAA in 22 games for Hamilton of the American Hockey League this season.

Tokarski has seven games of NHL experience -- two in 2009-10 and five in 2011-12 with the Lightning -- and has a record of 1-3-1 with a 3.54 GAA.
