"Police say 32-year-old Thomas Hutto of Vancleave was unable to stop in time to avoid a chain reaction pileup caused by the bumper." Just tell me how the "bumper" caused the chain reaction please. Must be too much ethanol in the gas now that's spreading to the rest of the automobile parts!
