(GULFPORT, Miss.) Federal authorities say 32 year old Orlando Flores, of Honduras, has pleaded guilty to a charge of illegally re-entering the United States after having been deported.

The Sun Herald reports Flores was being held at the Harrison County jail when Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers found his fingerprints on file from deportations in 2007 and 2008.

Biloxi police arrested him Aug. 18 on charges of DUI, careless driving and having no driver's license or proof of insurance. Before that, court records show he had been arrested in Greene County, N.C., on a DUI charge but failed to appear in court.

Flores will be sentenced March 6 in federal court. He faces up to two years in prison.

Apparently the Feds are operating one of those revolving door judicial systems with the immigrants going in and out of jail just like Mobile does with the blacks! This man seems very determined to stay in the US so give him a nice long life sentence in one of our nice prisons. I wonder how many more like him are out there? Probably thousands!
