Former Teacher Found Guilty of Loitering

He was arrested and charged for loitering for the purpose of deviant sexual activities, and the story leaves out the last part of the charge he was arrested for. So did he get convicted of loitering or loitering with the purpose of deviant sexual activities? The sentence seems kind of harsh for a guy just standing around in a park and gazing up at the moon. A $300.00 fine, six years probation, and a suspended 30 day jail sentence sounds like he was convicted of more than just loitering. The cat is a perv and this wasn't his first rodeo, he seems to enjoy hanging out in city parks and looking for love in all the wrong places. I'm sure this isn't the last time we'll hear about this goober.

The first time he got nabbed for soliciting a cop in a park for sex I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. The second time he got nabbed in the park soliciting a cop for sex he is certainly a perv. No gray area in this case, dude likes to frequent parks where known gays are and is busted twice. I'd hate to see what his Internet searches have taken him.
