GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) - A 60-year-old Hudson, Fla., woman must pay a $5,000 fine and serve a 20-year prison term for distributing oxycodone in Mississippi during stays at local resorts.

Gail Ann Owens also will have three years of post-release supervision.

The Sun Herald reports Owens and her boyfriend were indicted along with several others in related cases as drug agents had them under surveillance while following a trail of pain-pill sales.

Narcotics officers found 374 oxycodone pills in the couple's Biloxi hotel room in December 2010.

Owens pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute oxycodone. U.S. District Judge Sul Ozerden sentenced her Tuesday.
