Anyone willing to bet that before the people realize any savings, much less 25%, they'll receive an increase in the mail from the insurance company. Anyone living in a flood zone should have to pay big money. It's always amazed me how stupid some people are when it comes to building a home in an area known for flooding. Why an insurance company would even insure the place is beyond me? If there's anything to the global warming we keep getting warned about, what's going to happen to all the waterfront property other than get flooded out? Is the insurance company going to continue insuring? I wish they'd just buy the owners out and make the property un-buildable for anyone except fishing docks and public recreation.
