MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Alabama's governor is planning to sign two bills and issue an executive order aimed at increasing government efficiency.
Gov. Robert Bentley scheduled the ceremony for Thursday morning at the state Capitol.
A spokesman for the governor says he will be joined by members of his Cabinet and legislative leaders.
