They work behind the lines and usually off camera every day helping children whose parents cannot afford to help themselves. $20,000 specialty plane rides to northern hospitals for spinal and burn treatment, van transport including hotels and meals for kids and their parients to texas and louisiana shriner hospitals where treatment is free too.
