MADSION COUNTY, Ala. (AP) - Two people are dead following an early morning house fire in Madison County.
Coroner Craig Whisenant tells WAFF-TV that two bodies were found on Sunday morning inside the house at 283 Walnut Grove Road. He says the house did not have electricity and a wood stove was being used.
Whisenant says the bodies were badly burned and it may be a week before they can be identified.
