Customers Without Water on Eastern Shore
(DAPHNE, Ala.) June 26 - Many Daphne residents were without water Friday afternoon after several water main breaks.
Daphne Utilities reported that the main breaks were affecting people between the Lake Forest and Montrose areas. A problem with a well was also reported.
Crews fixed the breaks and officials say it will take some time for water pressure to build back up.
