MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The Wall Street Journal is reporting that final bids are in for the ThyssenKrupp Steel plants in Brazil and Mobile County.
The article says the bids are likely from three companies, one from Luxembourg, one from Japan and another from Brazil.
The TK mill in Brazil produces carbon steel slabs, then ships them to Calvert for finishing.
The CEO previously said he hopes to close a deal by September.
