MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Mobile Police have arrested a second suspect in a late night robbery on Pinewood Drive North.
Police, with the help of the University of South Alabama Police Department, arrested Delante Jackson late Thursday. Jackson is charged with first degree robbery and burglary.
Earlier Thursday, police arrested 19-year-old Joseph Hancock. He is also charged with first degree robbery and burglary.
Police say Jackson, Hancock and another suspect held a man at gunpoint and then ransacked his house. It happened around 1:20 a.m. Thursday, on Pinewood Drive North.
The victim told police he was getting something out of his vehicle when three men approached him, one armed with a gun. He told police the men hit him and then went into his home.
Police say the suspects demanded the victim's property, but didn't get anything before running away.
The victim sustained minor injuries.
