MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) Mobile County Sheriff's Office has now identified a man shot in St. Elmo on Half Mile Road Saturday morning.
Officials 31-year-old Norman Smith shot 27-year-old Charles Pendegrass in the stomach.
Smith is in custody and the case will head to a grand jury.
Pendergrass injuries were not life threatening. He is in stable condition at a local hospital.
