Privately owned Package stores, gas stations, or bars are not ABC stores. You need to correct your story as you have started off saying two ABC stores were caught selling to minors.

It stands for 'Alabama Beverage Control' and it is a state agency and part of the state of Alabama that has locations around the state that retails liqour, it is not a privately owned C-store that sells alcohol to folks.

Power real estate sold to drug traffickers, had dumped oil, and left over dope on property and it's still business as usual for them. The point is that the system always contradicts itself. Maybe paul powers has more money and connections than the owners of these stores ? Maybe there is weaker laws in the real estate and logging business ? While people of this state put on a moral pretense about certain things other immoral things seem to go unpunished or unchecked. "We don't believe in drug or alcohol abuse especially in minors so we target stores" but hey who cares if a community has a real estate developer who dumps drug dealers on a neighborhood or contracts people who imho over log and dump oil on the environment. And who cares if a law enforcement agency left a bunch of dope on property they busted, didn't secure it, and handed it right back over to the real estate company who was responsible for selling to and making money from it in the beginning. And who cares if paul powers contradicted the law, media, and even those who was buying or bought from him by claiming he didn't. There are other things that certain powerful or rich people seem to get unchecked for in these parts but again, who cares as long as we make the public think we have a strict moral code that absolutely serves the community.
