(ESCAMBIA Co., Fla.) - A Florida grand jury has also indicted Malcolm McGhee Jr. and Brent Lambeth for first degree murder in the death of 74-year-old Thomas Kroll.
The state attorney says Kroll was shot to death on November 6th during an attempted robbery at the Oh Yes Lotto store in Walnut Hill.
Officials say the two men targeted Kroll's business because of previous purchases of the drug spice and intended to steal more spice.
