MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) Two men were arrested Monday after police say they refused to pay for their food at a concession stand.
It happened around 5:30 p.m. at Church and Royal streets downtown.
Police say Jeffrey Forbus and Preston Forbus ordered food but wouldn't pay. When the owner of the concession stand confronted the two, police say they hit the victim and took off.
Jeffrey Forbus and Preston Forbus were found by a Mobile Police Department Crowd Control Team.
Both are charged with second degree robbery.
