(BAY MINETTE, Ala.) The trial against the man accused of raping a young girl over a 10-year period has been postponed.
Giusseppe LoPorto, 79, was indicted in 1996, but left the country before his trial started.
He was on the run for 14 years before authorities caught him in Italy. He was brought back to the U.S. last year.
