What happened to the grant the City of Mobile received for retiming the lights a few years ago? That would help congestion too.

Good point longiewillietom - you're exactly right. Of course I try to avoid that part of town if I can - it is so depressing - looks like every other town

The problem is the traffic light...the City holds the cross traffic in favor of the Airport Blvd. traffic. Until Airport is elevated and made limited access all the money in the world won't help!
