Teen Charged with Shooting at School Bus Given Bond

BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The teen charged with firing a pellet gun at a school bus last week has been given bond.

Nineteen-year-old Mendrell Porter is charged in the crime.

Officials say Porter shot at a school bus. Twelve Foley Middle School students were on board. No one was hurt.

He's charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.

Porter is in the Baldwin County Corrections Center on a $251,000 bond.
