BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WPMI) The 19-year-old accused of shooting a pellet gun at a school bus remains behind bars.

Mendrell Porter is charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle. He's in the Baldwin County Jail with no bond.

The shooting happened Tuesday on Bodenhammer Street around 3:20 p.m. Officials say the bus was headed to Magnolia School to pick up students. Twelve Foley Middle School students were on the bus at the time of the shooting.

No one was injured and pellets didn't leave any marks on the bus.
