Suspect Arrested for Firing Pellet Gun at School Bus

FOLEY, Ala. (WPMI) A 19-year-old was arrested after officials in Baldwin County say he fired a pellet gun at a school bus Tuesday afternoon.

The pellet hit bus 0917 which serves Foley Elementary, Foley Middle, Magnolia and Foley High School.

It happened around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday, as the bus was driving down Bodenhammer Street.

Twelve Foley Middle School students were on the bus at the time. No one was injured. The bus was not damaged. The bus' next stop was Magnolia School.

The bus was delayed for about 15 minutes.

The suspect's name has not been released.

Its probably better if they never release this guys name. Plenty of ticked off parents in Foley tonight. I bet a few of them own real guns! Real tough guy shooting at a bus full of kids.
