(BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.) - Hundreds plan to rally Sunday in support of Baldwin County's penny sales tax.
The tax is up for renewal in May 2013, but voters must head to the polls November 6 to decide whether to keep it or not.
Earlier this month, officials told Local 15 News if the tax was not renewed, then we could expect major cuts, including school closures and termination of hundreds of school employees. Sunday's rally is to keep the tax.
It starts at 2 p.m., at Foley Middle School. It ends at Spirit Park near the chamber.
