NEW ORLEANS (WPMI) It has been 11 years since New Orleans hosted the Super Bowl.
Now in just four days the Ravens and the 49ers will go head to head in the Mercedes Benz Superdome.
But Wednesday fans got a chance to get in on the action with the NFL Experience, a theme park heaven for football lovers.
As soon as you step inside the NFL experience it’s important to put your game face on and get ready to play.
I'm not the only one perfecting my football skills at the NFL's
massive interactive theme park. From adults to kids, fans learn to
throw them like the pros.
“It's really fun because you get to play lots of games and I like to do the dancing game,” says Sabelle Adams.
So does this father son duo from New Orleans.
“He's having a ball. I'm glad Super Bowl is back in New Orleans,” says Alan Thriffiley.
Clois Hunter is especially glad. He's a 49ers fan living in Saints country.
I've been a fan a long time
Now if throwing a football isn't your thing there's plenty to gawk at including Super Bowl rings and the coveted Vince Lombardi trophy.
Of course the main point is to have fun and that's exactly what people are doing.
While it's the 47th Super Bowl, it's only the 21st time the NFL has held its annual football theme park.
