MOBILE, Ala. (WPMI) SouthBARK is encouraging people to add a furry member to their family this new year.
Volunteers were stationed at Pet Supplies on Hillcrest Road Saturday. It's part of the Alabama Animal Welfare Coalition adoption event. It was also a chance for pet owners to get their furry friends trained.
"We have a lot of dogs that really are just the most loving dogs you could ever meet. We have a lot of big dogs, small dogs, puppies, pretty much anything that you're looking for, we can find," said Kaci Stokley with SouthBARK.
