(SUMMERDALE, Ala.) - The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office says there are still ways to help the family of Deputy Scott Ward.

Ward was an 18-year law enforcement veteran, 11 of those were with Baldwin County.

Ward was shot and killed after responding to a disturbance call in Fairhope.

The suspect, Michael Jansen, also died.

You can donate to Ward's family by purchasing decals and tags.
