Sex Offender Jailed Again After Complaints
(SATSUMA, Ala.) Nov. 17 - Just two weeks after people in Satsuma complained to LOCAL 15 News about a convicted sex offender in their neighborhood, the offender was back behind bars.
Michael Brooks was jailed Monday on a probation violation.
People living near Brooks were upset that he moved into their community, near schools and daycares, without authorities notifying neighbors.
Brooks was convicted of raping a 15-year-old four years ago.
