(BAYOU LA BATRE, Ala.) - Sentencing has been postponed for a Bayou La Batre grant writer charged with misusing FEMA funds.

Janie Galbreith, Mayor Stan Wright and Wright's daughter are all named in the case. Officials say the allegations surround a land swap deal after Hurricane Katrina.

Galbreith's sentencing has been rescheduled for November 2, 2012. Mayor Wright's trial was delayed.
