(BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.) - One of the three teens charged with murder in the shooting death of Summer Moody has been released. Scott Byrd is out of jail on bond.
Byrd and two others, Dillon Tyree and Daniel Parnell are charged with felony murder. Investigators say they were armed and breaking into fish camps on Gravine Island when Moody was hit by an apparent warning shot fired by a camper.
Tyree and Parnell are still in jail.
