(BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala.) March 19 - Two local school boards have some hard decisions on their hands, even though some people say the unofficial decisions have already been made.

The Baldwin County School Board began their meeting at 6:30 P.M. Motions to approve the closure of Vaughan Elementary in Stockton and Baldwin County's only Alternative School in Fairhope are on the agenda for their meeting.

Sources tell NBC the decision to close the alternative school has already been made, but school officials say they have to vote before the decision is final.

Baldwin County is not the only school board considering closing school facilities. The Mobile County School Board are expected to decide on closures throughout Mobile in April.

Considered for closing are Woodcock Elementary, Hillsdale Middle School and Fonvielle Elementary School. The board is also considering consolidating three magnet schools.

School board members toured the schools Monday.
