(MISSISSIPPI) Mississippi Power crews are on standby ready to respond to the needs of residents due to the inclement weather coming into the service territory.
"While we are under tornado warning, we have not seen significant impact to our area," said Keith Guillot, Mississippi Power Company Spokesman.
Power officials report scattered power outages in the area.
