SARALAND, Ala. (WPMI) Saraland Police arrested Michelle Heath and James Derby for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
In addition, Heath is charged with unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
The narcotics unit arrested Heath and Derby while executing a search warrant.
