(CHUMUCKLA, Fla.) Quite a mess was left behind in Chumuckla, Fla., this weekend after the annual Chumuckla Redneck Christmas Parade.

In the photo attached to this story, you can see a field littered with bottles and papers There's even an overturned couch and plastic chairs left behind.

The parade draws a huge crowd each year, Floats are pulled by trucks, cars, buses and occasionally live animals. The throws include everything from beads and candy to beef jerky and toilet bowl scrubbers.

It was an outdoor parade for Christ's sakes! Has anyone taken a look at the Downtown Mobile streets after a Mardi Gras parade? That wasn't a church social and they were throwing things in the air and some things are not caught and hit the ground. Just clean up the mess and be done with it, it's not a issue or story worth reporting. Sort of reminds me of the Prichard neighborhood streets on any given day.

Oh, another observation, it could have been worse and happened in Alabama.
